Almaty Cheese Company: a new office in Kazakhstan and the Perlini launch

We, the Almaty Cheese Company, are the Almaty branch of the Kuban Cheese Company. This is our third year exhibiting at FoodExpo Qazaqstan, but our biggest news is something else: our planned representative office in the Republic of Kazakhstan has now opened.

Many people know us as the makers of delicious Chechil cheese and our unique Assorti sets, but few know how it all began. Our story started back in 2007. We have come a long way from an idea to a real production facility specialising in the finest brined and smoked cheeses.

What are we bringing?

All our favourite brands: Sochinsky, Aty Gde and Syr v Dym.

And… our biggest new launch: Perlini cheese balls! This is exactly why you should visit our stand. An incredible combination of delicate texture and bold flavour that you won’t forget.

Our mission is to make products that make shoppers’ eyes light up. And for our partners, we have become a true pillar of support. We know how much stability matters, so we keep products in stock throughout the season, control quality in our own laboratory, monitor every degree along the cold chain, and are always ready to roll up our sleeves, helping to organise and support contracts.
