Our production is located in the Krasnodar territory, in an ecologically clean suburb of Krasnodar in Kolosisty village.
Back in 2007, the foundation for the opening of our plant was laid. The enterprise has specialized in the production and sale of pickled and smoked cheeses for more than 12 years.
The first product was the Smoked braid cheese. It made the plant famous throughout Russia. Its difference was simple - hand braiding, exclusively natural smoking.
Over the years of work, the skill of making smoked cheese has been honed, modern quality control methods have been introduced at all stages of production.

Today, we have reached a production volume level of 70 tons of products per month, and this is with partial production load.
Our company can make a batch of smoked cheese to order - modern technologies and equipment allow us to obtain a finished product that was milk 2-3 days ago.
We are distinguished by the fact that we use natural daily milk in production and practice live smoking on oak, beech and alder sawdust.

The company has a wide sales geography throughout Russia: from Kaliningrad to Kamchatka, from Murmansk to Crimea, in Siberia and the near abroad - Belarus and Kazakhstan.
Our cheese is in demand in 36 regions of Russia. We cooperate with wholesale buyers, distributors, trading houses and any retail network (local, federal) within the Russian Federation in the EAEU countries

Our Company also plans to bring NEW PRODUCTS to the exhibition, which have not yet been presented anywhere - Mozzarella and Suluguni dairy cheeses
