Karelian Summer is a Russian enterprise from the Republic of Karelia, an ecologically clean region rich in wild berries.

The enterprise produces tasty and healthy fruit and berry products in convenient doypack packaging under the Karelian Summer and Berry Karelia trademarks.

The assortment includes:

• Fruit-drink bases (red bilberry, cranberry, sea buckthorn, blueberry, cherry, black currant). One package can make almost one and a half liters of the drink. In undiluted form, the fruit-drink base can be used as a topping for desserts, porridge, pancakes, curd.
• Sauces (red bilberry sauce for meat, cranberry sauce for poultry) are favorite classic recipes.
• Jams (strawberry, blueberry, cherry, black currant) are made according to GOST and have an ideal consistency.

    

  

The fruit-drink bases, sauces and jams of Karelian Summer have been awarded numerous gold and silver medals at tasting competitions at international exhibitions.

The products do not contain GMOs, dyes or flavors; have a long shelf life (12-24 months) and do not require special storage conditions.

The production site is certified according to FSSC 22000 and Halal standards.
The company provides services of contract manufacturing and bottling in doypack, pouch and stick packaging, and also supplies frozen berries, concentrated berry drinks, aseptically filled fruit and berry purees and fruit and berry fillings for industrial enterprises.
